Mark Seemann has 14 years Exec experience implementing disruptive technologies within in the Internet and Telecoms sectors.
Mark was responsible for building and selling three internet companies during this time and has been instrumental in driving turnarounds and various company acquisitions. Mark has proven expertise and success in technical and strategic product design and delivery, product marketing, and driving technical innovations for the hosting and telecoms markets. Mark was one of the very first to provide businesses with SDSL – three years before BT launched their ADSL service. Mark’s broadband company was also the first company to use Church steeples as wireless repeater points, only the second company to provide LLU (local loop unbundling) within four rural BT exchanges and one of the first to launch a commercial hosted UK VoIP service pioneering VoIP over mobile Satellite . Mark was responsible for various technical innovations including the UK’s first Telecom web control panel and patented VoIP technology now owned by Cable & Wireless.
PR wise, Mark is an accomplished public speaker and writer and has appeared as a tech consultant on a number of Television channels including BBC News, CNBC and Bloomberg.
As Chief Technical Officer, Mark and his product and engineering teams were responsible for the creation and implementation of Outsourcery’s Cloud based product strategy designed to transform the Outsourcery business into the UK’s leading Unfiied Communications provider. As a result, Outsourcery is the winner of the Microsoft Worldwide Hosting Solutions Partner of the Year 2010 for our World leading Unified Communications Solutions product set.
Now Mark is embarking on a new adventure, creating a tech start-up called SYNETY specialising in developing innovative cloud based communications software plus services for businesses wanting to increase performance.
